Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her university education. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The show was a success and she finished third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine along with bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by an actual training. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way is possible.
